By downloading, installing, or using Feriha ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Feriha is an iOS application designed for ADHD support that uses Live Activities to pin notes to your Lock Screen. The App helps users manage tasks, reminders, and notes with features including memo capture, checklists, templates, and notifications.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Feriha offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews every month
• Yearly Subscription: Auto-renews every year
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time purchase with no renewal

3.2 Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase

3.3 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
